Sunčani Breg Vrdnik is an apartment complex with pools and a spa in northern Serbia. In summer 2026 its website ran Lina, our AI assistant. What follows comes from the assistant’s own log and the site’s Google Analytics, published with the owner’s permission. Guests are not named and their contact details are not shown.
The site
Rooms, pools, a booking engine — and someone to ask.
suncanibregvrdnik.com
A static site we built and host, with the owner’s booking engine (HotelSync) for prices and availability. Lina sat in the corner of every page and answered in whatever language the visitor wrote in — mostly Serbian, sometimes German or English.
We are interested in a stay of 7–8 days somewhere between 12 and 22 August, ideally 13–21. Two adults. We would prefer a studio for two, but other options are fine depending on availability. We stayed five years ago, in the upper building.
Lovely to have you back after five years. For 13–21 August, 8 nights, 2 adults, here is your personalised link to our booking system — you will see straight away what is free and at what price. app.hotelsync.com/…?adults=2&dfrom=2026-08-13&dto=2026-08-21 The units you remember sound like the Klasik building; open the link and you will see exactly what is on offer.
How do I book?
I need your arrival date, departure date, number of adults and children, and whether you prefer Klasik or Lux. Send me those and I will build the link with your exact dates and prices.
We had a look. The studio apartment suits us, 15–22 August, 60 EUR, 24 m².
Good choice — studio, 15–22 August, 7 nights for two. The quickest way is to continue in the booking system on the same link. …?adults=2&dfrom=2026-08-15&dto=2026-08-22 If you need anything while booking — pools, breakfast, arrival — I am here.
We have booked. Reservation number: 3113143
Wonderful, congratulations. Number 3113143 is noted — see you on 15 August. So you know in advance: check-in is 14:00–21:00, bring an ID and a card, parking on site is free, and pets are welcome at no charge.

The guest asks. Lina asks back. The guest books.
4 exchanges, 39 minutes
A returning guest wanted a week in August. Lina asked for what the booking engine needs, built a link with those dates, and stepped aside. Thirty-nine minutes after the first message the guest came back with a reservation number — unprompted. The transcript is translated from Serbian and lightly shortened; the original is in the log.
Shown as text, not as a screenshot: the assistant was switched off in August and the widget is no longer on the site.
400 messages in 36 days
Every exchange between a visitor and Lina on suncanibregvrdnik.com from 7 July to 11 August 2026, logged on our server. Nothing sampled, nothing picked.
84 personalised booking links
When a visitor gave dates and party size, Lina built a link into the owner’s booking engine with those exact dates already filled in. Eighty-four times, for fifty different date ranges.
She never quoted a price herself
Prices and availability live in the booking engine, so that is where she sent people — with their dates. Not once did she invent a rate, a free room or a discount.
Not only sales
On a Saturday afternoon a returning guest wrote in, upset: the pools were full and nobody had confirmed her weekend reservation. Lina apologised, explained how pool bookings actually work, and did not argue. That conversation is in the same log.
Opened 1,138 times
Google Analytics for the same site, 3 June to 24 August 2026: 2,574 page views, 2,112 sessions, 1,500 first-time visitors. The chat was opened 1,138 times — once for every 2.3 page views — and visitors sent 451 messages through it.
572 clicks into the booking engine
Site-wide, over the same period. Lina’s job was to get the visitor there with the right dates already filled in; the booking engine did the rest. We do not claim every one of those clicks came from her.
92 visitors arrived from AI assistants
A separate number: 92 of the 1,500 first-time visitors reached the site from ChatGPT-style assistants, not from Google. Six percent, for a small property in Serbia, in 2026. The site is written so an assistant can read it.
The owner sees all of it
Every conversation is readable in the client panel, with a thumbs-up or thumbs-down on each answer. What Lina does not know, the owner can teach her and publish — the assistant knows it within a minute.
Same engine, any property
What changed for Sunčani Breg was the knowledge: rooms, pools, check-in, pets, the booking link. The assistant underneath is the one on this site.
Running rooms, apartments or a small hotel? The same assistant goes on your site, trained on your rooms, your prices and your booking link — and every conversation lands in your own panel.
