Why this exists

Every removals enquiry is the same six questions: how big, how far, how many stairs, is there a lift, can the van park, is the ferry involved. They get asked on the phone, written on paper, and re-typed later.

This estimator asks them once, in the browser, and returns the shape of the job — volume, crew, on-site hours and the ferry leg. It deliberately does not print a price: a price belongs to you, after a survey. What it removes is the twenty minutes before the price.

What we build for removals businesses

  • Job estimator — The one on this page — yours, branded, on your domain.
  • Structured enquiries — Every lead arrives with volume, floors, access and ferry already answered.
  • Lina for intake — She asks the same questions in the customer’s language, day or night.
  • Survey scheduling — Turn a qualified estimate into a booked survey without a phone call.
  • Photo capture — Customers send room photos with the enquiry; you quote from evidence.
  • Job archive — Past jobs, quotes and photos filed and searchable in Fioka.

Questions

Does this give the customer a price?
No — and that is deliberate. It produces volume, crew and hours so both sides understand the size of the job. The price stays yours, after a survey.
Why is the ferry a separate factor?
A Malta–Gozo crossing changes the day, not just the distance. Queueing and the crossing itself are added as time, not folded invisibly into a per-kilometre rate.
Can the assumptions be changed?
Yes. Crew sizes, handling rates and travel speed are all set per company — the numbers on this page are our defaults, not a rule.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Most customers fill it in on a phone, often while standing in the flat they are leaving.
