The questions your reception answers at 23:00.
Pick the guests you actually get. This shows the questions they will ask before arrival — and the facts your property must publish for Lina to answer them instead of your night staff.
Why this exists
Hospitality does not need another booking engine — you already have one, and it takes a commission. What is unmanaged is everything around the booking: the messages that arrive at 23:00 asking about key collection, cots, buses from the airport and whether the bathroom has a step.
This tool is not a booking form. It maps guest types to the questions they actually send, and to the facts a property has to publish before any assistant — human or otherwise — can answer them. It is the honest version of an AI demo: the value is in the knowledge, and this shows exactly which knowledge is missing.
What we build for hospitality businesses
- Lina as the front desk — Answers pre-arrival questions in the guest’s language, at any hour.
- QR in room and reception — No app; the guest scans and asks.
- Pre-arrival briefs — The right information reaches the guest before they message you.
- Direct-booking site — A fast static site that does not hand every guest to a portal.
- Document handling — Licences, inspections and supplier contracts filed and searchable.
- Occupancy dashboards — Channels, occupancy and revenue in one view.
Questions
- Is this a booking engine?
- No, and deliberately not. It is a demonstration of the questions guests ask before arrival and the facts needed to answer them. Your booking system stays where it is.
- What happens when Lina does not know?
- She says so and hands the guest to a human. A confident wrong answer about a step-free bathroom is far worse than an honest "let me get someone".
- Do guests need an app?
- No. A QR code in the room or at reception opens her in the phone browser.
- How much work is the setup?
- Mostly gathering the facts in the second list — reception hours, transfer options, cot policy. That knowledge is the product; the assistant is just how guests reach it.
