Is the goal planner accurate?

It uses sustainable coaching rates, so it's honest rather than flattering. Your free assessment refines it with body composition and training history.

Do I have to follow a strict diet?

No. You get realistic nutrition targets and food habits that survive birthdays and holidays. Sustainable beats perfect.

Are there long contracts?

No 12-month traps. Programs run month to month; the Transformation is a single 12-week commitment because that's what a measurable result needs.
